Can we schedule a tour before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage and look forward to site visits.

How long do I have access to the venue?

The duration of access depends on the specific event, but we always ensure ample time for setup.

What is your capacity?

Our full standing room capacity is 1,500. For banquet-style dinners, the ideal capacity is under 250.

What audio-visual equipment is available for events?

Use of all our state-of-the-art AV equipment is standard in our pricing.  Detailed specifications are available upon request.

Is there parking available for guests?

There are garages and street parking options nearby, though we do not control or have direct access to them.

Are there any restrictions or guidelines for decorating the venue?

Generally, no, but specific guidelines can be discussed based on the event.

Do you offer event planning and coordination services?

We do not offer these services directly. However, we can refer you to several vendors who are familiar with our venue. We only handle venue-side operations.

Can we bring in our own vendors for catering, decor, and entertainment?

Yes, you can bring your own vendors for decor and entertainment. While we highly encourage the use of our in-house catering, exceptions can be made.

Do you offer in-house catering and bar services?

Yes, we offer a variety of catering options, including passed hors d’oeuvres, themed small bite stations, buffets, and full-service dinners.


How far in advance should we book our event?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your desired date.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your event.

How do we begin the booking process for an event?

Are there any other fees that we should be aware of?

Fees depend on the type of event. Any proposal will include an itemized list of all costs.

Do you offer any discounts for non-profit organizations or weekday events?

While we don’t offer specific discounts, we always strive to work within a client’s budget. We honor the tax-exempt status of 501(c)(3) organizations.
